  1. Refund Policy: Refunds and Cancellations
  • Refunds will only be issued if:
    • The class or workshop is canceled or rescheduled due to teacher illness or insufficient enrollment (minimum attendance is required for sessions).
    • In the event of cancellation, all confirmed participants will be offered an alternative date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled session, a full refund will be provided.
  • Refunds will not be given for:

  • Full-term classes and workshops must be paid for in advance and are non-transferable to subsequent terms.
  • All bookings must be completed online to allow adequate preparation time for the class or workshop.
  1. Venue Liability
  • While every precaution is taken to ensure safety, participants attend classes and workshops at their own risk. Hettie Rowley Art is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses occurring on the premises.
  • We rent venues for sessions and cannot be held responsible for incidents or accidents that may occur at the location.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly and offered an alternative session or refund.
  1. Photography and Media
