When we chat, we’ll talk about the size you’d like, the medium (graphite, charcoal, soft pastel, watercolour, or gouache, and your timeline — especially if it’s for a special occasion or gift.

Once you’ve sent through your images, I’ll give you a quote and follow up with an invoice. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your booking, and once that’s paid, I’ll get started on your painting.

If you’d like progress photos, I can send a few as the piece develops. Minor tweaks are possible early on, but once the layers build up, changes become tricky — I’ll always guide you on what’s realistic.

When you’re happy with the finished work, the remaining balance (plus any postage) is due. I’ll package the painting carefully myself and post it via Australia Post so it arrives safe and sound.
